I’m a firm believer that life is hard and your hair shouldn't add to that. I have naturally curly hair that I struggled to style until I entered the salon world, so I understand what it's like to feel overwhelmed and intimidated by your hair. My goal is to make your hair approachable and easy on your life. While I specialize in curls, I love cutting all hair. Pixies, bobs, and blended layers are some of my favorites. I love soft balayage, natural reds, and blending and growing out natural grey.

I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and moved to Portland in 2012. I live in NE with my husband, Sean, our daughter, dog and two cats. I’m a Taurus, and Type 2W3. In my spare time, I’m either working on our fixer-upper, taking coffee (or wine) walks with our dogs, cooking, reading, podcasting, or binging the latest show. When I venture outside, I’m either swimming, camping, or in a hammock.

I enjoy long walks on the beach with my bulldog and endless banter with my best friends. You’ll probably run into me at a local restaurant or thrift store so let’s be friends! I found my passion for this industry when I was a little girl playing in my Mom’s salon in the Bay Area — not only to do hair, but to help people feel better. Hair is such a fun way to express yourself and feel seen from the inside out.

Keeping up with education is very important to me! I was a network educator with Bumble & Bumble and have taken many classes with brands: Aveda, Kerastase, Kevin Murphy & Goldwell. I choose my products and color lines very carefully with my experience throughout the years in mind.

Balayage, dimensional color, razor cutting, and styling are my jam. My Instagram will have my most current client looks from my salon work.
